BirdDog Unveils the XL Ultra, X4E, and O4 Outdoor PTZ Cameras
BirdDog turned heads with several powerful new camera releases. The BirdDog XL Ultra features a large 4/3" sensor, 20x optical zoom, AI autotracking, and dual outputs for both wide and telephoto shots—perfect for professional PTZ workflows. The BirdDog X4E Ultra brings Ethernet connectivity to the popular X4 Ultra model for wired NDI workflows, while the rugged O4 Outdoor PTZ delivers up to a 60x zoom in HD with IP66 weather protection.
Elgato Joins Videoguys’ Lineup
One of the biggest announcements is that Elgato is now available through Videoguys! Their Stream Deck Studio, Prompter XL, and full range of control surfaces, microphones, and accessories are now part of our product family. Elgato’s automation tools are ideal for studios, streamers, and corporate AV setups, making production smoother than ever.
Atomos Introduces the Ninja TX and Shinobi RX
Atomos showcased the new Ninja TX and Shinobi RX, offering 4K HDMI/SDI I/O, CFexpress Type B recording, and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity for seamless Camera to Cloud workflows. The Shinobi RX pairs perfectly with the Ninja TX for flexible wireless monitoring—ideal for filmmakers and broadcast professionals.
PTZOptics and Panasonic Highlight Next-Gen PTZ Solutions
PTZOptics demoed their Move 4K, Studio 4K, and upcoming Horizon web GUI for easier camera control and AI-assisted tracking. Panasonic highlighted their AW-UE150A PTZ camera with an optical low-pass filter for LED wall shooting and dual 3G SDI outputs. They also unveiled the AW-RP200GJ controller, allowing dual PTZ control and IP-to-SDI conversion for hybrid workflows.
More from the Show Floor: Netgear, Kiloview, Teradek & More
Netgear presented their M4250 and M4350 ProAV switches supporting SMPTE 2110 and Dante AV, offering PoE+ power and network visualization tools. Kiloview showcased their RFO2 rackmount encoder/decoder system, Cube R1 recorder, and Cube X1 router for NDI production. Teradek revealed the Prism Jetpack for bonded cellular streaming and the Ranger series for zero-delay wireless video transmission.
Western Digital and SanDisk rounded out the show with their creator-focused SSDs, Pro-G RAID systems, and ProBlade portable storage solutions, ideal for content creators and post-production teams.
